Chase bank always notify me if someone try to get money out from my account
I went in and showed two ID, asking for my accounts list and current balances, because I’m traveling and didnt have online access. I had to repeat FOUR times that all I wanted was the account balances, because the same employees kept asking me the same questions. Then I was asked “Why do you need that information?” REALLY pissed me off. My own bank is asking me why I need information about my own bank accounts and balances.

Attitude goes a long way and management could work on theirs. For now I’ll go to banks that treat people nicely
