I’ve banked with chase for 10 years without issue. Opened a new business account with them and they closed it within 2 weeks after holding my money. No explanation for why they cancelled the account.

You know, at first Marquis and his manager Yolanda Harrison were really great. However, during the process of working with them I got into a terrible accident and was hospitalized for almost 3 weeks… When I tried to reach out multiple times to find out what happened to my account or get any kind of update, I was ignored. I have no idea why, but I was never given a call back, no explanation, just nothing….
