You know, at first Marquis and his manager Yolanda Harrison were really great. However, during the process of working with them I got into a terrible accident and was hospitalized for almost 3 weeks… When I tried to reach out multiple times to find out what happened to my account or get any kind of update, I was ignored. Be careful with Chase Bank or affiliation, they're highly politically motivated ,if they don't like your politics they'll share you purchasing information with people that shouldn't have it.
Super clean and friendly staff. Very cooperative and understanding.
PS4 service horrible explanation of things that need to really get their head out of their butts around here I just drove 2 hours up to this bank and they didn't even tell me the right stuff to bring
