Worst Bank experience I've ever had! Had a check written to me from a chase account only to be told they could not cash it!! This Bank is a joke and the people who work here are Rude!! Don't Bank here!

Terrible customer service. Unprofessional. If you have an account at Chase I recommend closing the account and moving to another bank.
Tuesday, September 24 I walked into the Chase bank and was greeted by Blake. Then another young lady also asked if I needed assistance. Then the teller was very kind in helping me with my transaction. I think they are improving from their terrible reviews. I hope they will continue to do good customer service.
