I didn't believe the reviews...so I went to this Chase location and the reviews are true. Slow, customer service could do better and I'll leave it at that. Good Day Everyone.
Why close your branch because of one irrational customer whereas the rest of us had to leave and take our business elsewhere… Situation could’ve been handled better
From the moment I walked in the bank Amaje was there to provide greatest customer service. My bank card was compromised and he showed me how to find the new card on the chase app. I guess I should have know that but I didn't. He really put me at ease!!! The teller was helpful as well!!
