No regard for customer service, standing waiting while there was only one person working. True shame of a place.
Luis Fernando Duque, you don’t deserve to work here. You were extremely disrespectful and had a terrible attitude. Management should seriously reconsider whether someone like this should be working here
I had an appointment at this branch on Aug. 25th at 1 PM to open a business account, and an employee named LUIS FERNANDO DUQUE spoke to me rudely and disrespectfully for no apparent reason. I told him to calm down, but when I realized that he was intentionally being disrespectful, I stood up for myself and told him to watch his attitude. He then kicked me out. I expect the managers reading this review to take appropriate action regarding this disrespectful and unprofessional employee
