I went into my Chase Bank on May 14,2024 to wire 82,000 euros to Sicily where I was purchasing an apartment. They did the necessary paperwork, however when I went to the closing table in Sicily, there were no funds. I showed the paperwork where I had personally got the funds so every body thought it was a problem with the Italian banks. Dylan walked me through a wire transfer and made it so easy! Very professional and competent. So was Koray who did a deposit for me. I had not been to this branch before, but plan to make it my primary branch going forward. Great customer service.
