The Bank itself great bank , this location , horrible especially with customer service , I had a 9:00 meeting today with Mark Thornhill And instead of taking me in to open an account he tried setting me up with different employees, laziness , the bank was completely empty, no reason why I wasn’t serviced and honestly I’ll never be back , an office of lazy people is insane , they need a whole new staff I should’ve took a pic of the empty inside, the bank opens at 9:00 at 9:10 I was played with as if I was too late , lol liter... read more

Everyone that I’ve encountered at this location was very nice. Soon as you walk through the doors there is someone with a smile eager to help you! I don’t remember their names but it was 3 women and 1 male… keep up the great work! I appreciate it!
Great customer service! Knowledgeable of products and assisted with money order deposit, atm withdrawal, and debit card pin reset.
I worked with 3 people concerning a wire and withdrawal and everyone was great 🙏
