This Chase Bank is the gold standard for personal banking. Antonio and the rest of the Team are excellent professionals, completely dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. Chase is a big bank, but the branch had a small town personal feel. Absolutely the worst bank I’ve ever had. Their credit cards are great but avoid their retail bank like the plague. Fees constantly and no interest on savings. Transferring money online was broken for months, had to use physical checks in branch. Use literally any other local bank if you need a physical location, otherwise stick to online banks or brokers like fidelity, which has free checking and debit. This bank makes money off your money and charges a fee on top, don’t fall for it.
