Absolutely the worst bank I’ve ever had. Their credit cards are great but avoid their retail bank like the plague. Fees constantly and no interest on savings. Transferring money online was broken for months, had to use physical checks in branch. Use literally any other local bank if you need a physical location, otherwise stick to online banks or brokers like fidelity, which has free checking and debit. This bank makes money off your money and charges a fee on top, don’t fall for it.
This is not our normal Chase but we were closer to this one one day recently while we were out running errands. We had to run inside to deposit money and for a money order. When we walked inside we were greeted by Netty (I believe she’s the manager). She was very kind and professional. She directed us to Noah, our teller, who helped with our transactions.
