It’s like pulling teeth any time I go to this branch. Chase is already at the bottom of the barrel but this particular branch is buried under the barrel. The staff at the Rock Row branch is so much more knowledgeable and friendly.

This Chase Bank is the gold standard for personal banking. Antonio and the rest of the Team are excellent professionals, completely dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. Chase is a big bank, but the branch had a small town personal feel.
