Today I went to try to open up a bank account. They told me they couldn’t take me because I didn’t have an appointment so I would have to reschedule and come back… I was the only customer there. I went to the chase bank in Cherry Hill and had great service…
Gordon Andrews was awesome. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions in detail and was very accurate with the information he provided. Gordon is great and takes great care of customers!
My daughter went into the Chase branch on route 70 in Marlton New Jersey with a problem with her direct deposit. The gentleman that helped her would not even review her account and told her to take it up with your employer, he also said that Chase would never deny or block a deposit. I have seen Chase deny direct deposits for a few reasons but the point is this man would not even review her account LAZY, LAZY,LAZY!!!!
You can sneeze and miss their open hours and on the off chance you make it to the branch and they are open the “manager” is incompetent and will not help you
