I have been a member of chase for over 40 years. Tend to be perfectly honest? I do not have any complaints about any of that branches nor their customer service.
Outstanding branch. We have other branches that are closer, but we only bank here. Just great, knowledgeable and friendly people who know their stuff, from the tellers to the investment bankers. Have never had a less than stellar experience there.
Tara is an exceptional branch manager; she was very helpful with resolving an issue. She is knowledgeable and extremely nice, and actually cares. I cannot say enough good about her. She is an asset to Chase Bank!
This is such a wonderful place to do your banking . Everyone is so friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I have been fortunate to have been assisted numerous times now by Alex Polovetsky , a relationship banker at this branch who is extremely knowledgeable , kind and is one of those people who has that genuine commitment to helping others .He not only immediately returns calls but also follows up and comes up with solutions to any and all of your banking needs . What a wonderful experience. I had a problem with my bank card and the manager Tara Alexander helped me because the other assistants were busy. She was terrific, solved my problem, explained everything and friendly. Chase has always managed my investments well, and the customer service at this branch is outstanding.
