This is, without a doubt, the WORST banking experience I have ever had. I opened an account with Chase and, due to an employee’s error, my Social Security number was entered incorrectly. After I had already left the branch, the employee, Alexander, called me and asked me to verify my Social Security number again. I provided the correct information. I have been a member of chase for over 40 years. Tend to be perfectly honest? I do not have any complaints about any of that branches nor their customer service.

Outstanding branch. We have other branches that are closer, but we only bank here. Just great, knowledgeable and friendly people who know their stuff, from the tellers to the investment bankers. Have never had a less than stellar experience there.

Tara is an exceptional branch manager; she was very helpful with resolving an issue. She is knowledgeable and extremely nice, and actually cares. I cannot say enough good about her. She is an asset to Chase Bank!
