Tara is an exceptional branch manager; she was very helpful with resolving an issue. She is knowledgeable and extremely nice, and actually cares. I cannot say enough good about her. She is an asset to Chase Bank!
This is such a wonderful place to do your banking . Everyone is so friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. What a wonderful experience. I had a problem with my bank card and the manager Tara Alexander helped me because the other assistants were busy. She was terrific, solved my problem, explained everything and friendly. Chase has always managed my investments well, and the customer service at this branch is outstanding.
I have been going to this Chase branch for about 15 years. I have had nothing but great experiences here. The tellers and the managers take the time to get to know their customers and are always welcoming. So happy to have this banking relationship.
When down hill after Covid. You can’t even get someone to answer the phone !
