Hands down the best Chase branch I have ever been to. Staff and the branch manager are very professional and genuinely seek to provide the best experience. I had stopped coming to this branch under the previous manager; but there is a new team here that goes above and beyond to help! Thank you!

This is the worst chase bank in the nation. I have been a chase customer for many years in different states. And THIS branch is hands down the worst one. The gentlemen who hits in the office in the front was very rude, unprofessional. Avoid this branch.
This is the worst Chase branch that I have ever been to. Bao, the branch manager, is very rude, incompetent and unprofessional. They have screwed up my accounts which resulted in my accounts being frozen for a week resulting in my transactions being rejected. I called and emailed them multiple times, but until I physically went to the bank they didn't take ANY actions.
