Didn't even listen to our questions, they were dismissive, and rude. Don't think anyone there actually wanted to work.
Chases customer service line either do on line or get hung up on I'll move on best part there is a Huntington bank next door new location they have a drive through and ATM works
The ATM at this bank is consistently out of order. Frequently enough that I count on it not working. Ever since they build the bank there has been space for a second ATM, but they have never added another. There are now two other competing banks less than a block from this Chase. As a long time customer, I’m asking you to please do better. There are other options out there.
