This is the most worthless Chase branch I’ve ever been to. A couple months ago I stopped in to switch account types. Manager Insisted he could put in request and it would be switched within 24 hours. Never happened, chase on polaris parkway informed me that you can’t do that, you have to close then open. Wasted 2 trips to the bank. Brought my son down today to open college account, came in at 430, refused service because they close at 5. I’ll return this week to close all accounts. Never seen a bank not wanting someone’s money. I tried opening an account and they only had one person out of 7 people working (standing there up front, don’t know who else was there) that could open an account. There were 2 tellers. What are the other people doing? Very unapologetic about it as well.
Very worst experience with them.
I have no clue what it is about this Chase location but the drive-thru ATM machine never works. I rarely carry cash, and every time I stop at this branch, the ATM is broken. It's been like this for almost 4 years.
