The staff at this bank is very kind and does what they can to help others. I was with Bank of America for years, but changed to Chase after my account info was compromised. I am so much happier at Chase.
I appreciate the personal-touch that Jessica Lauwers provides at Chase Bank on Mary Ann Cleveland Way. I've had over a dozen appointments with her over the 5 years we've lived in Vail. Most recently I reached out needing notarization and she booked an appointment 1 hour later. The notarization was easy and straight forward. I have been banking with Chase Bank (Valley National Bank in 1968, then Bank One, now Chase) for more than 50 years.
