Terrible customer service it’s as if the bank manager and business manager doesn’t want to be there and hate their jobs. Been to this branch 4-5 times (30 minute drive each way) to get a general ledger for my account for the last 12 months the first 4 times I walked in they didn’t know what it was and said I can only give you monthly statements. Taking my millions elsewhere! The new bank manager avoids fixing problems.
Walked in with an issue with my account and was told everyone is busy for the rest of the day. He then told me"We have a Branch at blanding in Kingsley that you can go to." I can see Community first getting more of my business. Would not recommend this branch.
Not acknowledged. Large indoor ATM removed, which was faster. Employee sitting in center waiting area typing on phone while customers backed up at teller windows. Branch use to be a 10 and enjoyable to visit.
Run away - their customer service is horrible and they don’t care if you get scammed they will not help you and pass you around… don’t bring your money here if you want any type of protection
