Terrible customer service. One banker on Saturday. What should be an easy fix they say can't be done. I've never wanted to change banks so badly.
Arrived at 11:40 and was out by 11:44. I was assisted by Da’ron A, cashbox #04. Da’ron was fast and efficient not to mention very down to earth and very personable which I can rate as white glove service. He’s a well rounded respectful guy with a nice smile what more can you ask for in an associate. He deserves a raise. Thank you for making today’s experience fast and easy!
Terrible customer service it’s as if the bank manager and business manager doesn’t want to be there and hate their jobs. Been to this branch 4-5 times (30 minute drive each way) to get a general ledger for my account for the last 12 months the first 4 times I walked in they didn’t know what it was and said I can only give you monthly statements. That you have to call this special number as we can’t do it in store. So I go home and call up chase and I’m told they will give it to me in store and they apologize for the inconven... read more
