I walked in after leaving another Chase location that turned me away and refused to assist me. I was super frazzled. My husband and I got married months ago and I was able to update my last name on every account I have except my accounts with Chase. My husband is in the military, Chase requires you to change your name in person and we have not had a local Chase Bank, we were finally relocated here, where there are physical Chase Bank locations. This is not a Fleming Island branch issue. The review is initiated at merchant service division. I am a home inspector and take point of sell payments. Four times this month Chase Bank held up my payments for multiple days. They won't answer any questions. Know nothing and won't talk to me about the money I have earned and why I can't have access to it. Now I will be waiting over the weekend to hear back from them. Poor customer service
Update: I had a situation where, my account was almost compromised. The general manager Kyle when he realized the situation after a day, he made it right and was able to assist me to make sure my transaction ran smooth.
This branch and it’s employee we not competent in opening a simple Checking and savings account. The associate banker Jake proceeded to use a profile that linked all of my personal business to my ex wife. When speaking to the branch manager, Kyle was extremely rude and not helpful or accommodating on their mistake and the only options were to close my account completely. This was a waste of time and effort exposing my personal business to my past. Not cool do not use this branch.
