I didn't go into this bank. I was helping my elderly neighbor make a trip to the bank. I never waste an opportunity to boast about Chase. No, I'm not a bot. Chase has made banking convenient, and resolving an issue is as easy as picking up the phone. They helped me build credit when everywhere else wanted more. The best part is, I never have to go in.

Had decided having a home in Florida - I needed to open an account here and wanted to use Chase as I had heard good things. My mom has banked with Chase and acquisitions for nearly 70 years (yes she’s almost 94). I waited 7 minutes for the teller/CSR to come back to her station only to tell me I needed an appointment to open an account. That really didn’t bother me too much, but it was how she said it. This bank is a circus! No one knows WTH is going on and every time you talk to anyone they have a different story when it comes to why my deposit isn't available in my account!! You jump their hoops and they come up with a new reason!! Horrible customer service and lies!
