All Branchs in north land have zero notary and all upper management does not care. This is an essential service for my business which I have multiple with chase but doesn't seem to matter. I thought chase core standards were servicing there business relationships!
I called at 2:59 pm on Friday 7/11 to ask to talk with Brandt my bank assistant I worked with to open my credit card. Lady promised, he will call back. I asked her to make sure he will because it was important. He didn’t call. And this is not the first time like this. Very disappointed in this Chase bank and their customer service.
I like having a national bank chain.
Anthony the manager has exceptional customer service skills, we felt welcomed and treated like VIP customers, we opened a new business account and we are going to move an existing business account to chase because we really liked the way they treated us.
