Tengo cuenta en el banco chase desde el año 2017 y en ningún banco me habían tratado tan bien como en el banco chase de pacífica me ayudaron con mi tarjeta de crédito con muchas inquietudes que tenía sin duda alguna yo regreso allí donde me atienden y me escuchan con atención gracias a todo el personal por brindarme tan buen servicio !!!!!!!!!❤️ Y lo mejor de todo hablan español !!
Outside atm broke with my card in there. Had to go inside for service. Not very welcoming and they acted like I was a burden even though I was the only one there. Would not visit this branch again.
Good service and staff, but your outdoor ATM is always broken. The screen doesn’t work
Come see Alejandro H! This guy knows how to get customers in and out fast! Not only that, he's informative and gives great advice on what you might need. Very friendly. Makes good conversation without talking your ear off or trying to sell you something you don't really need. Chase needs more Relationship Bankers like him! Thanks for filling in at the Westborough branch and helping me out!
