People who are wanting or needing a business bank account. Go elsewhere!!! I went into Chase to open a Business Bank account along with a personal account. Before opening, I expressed how I needed to be able to receive debit and credit card payments. They offered this service and the fees to use the service was within reason and cheaper than most. Friendly staff and great customer service!
Very strange vibe in this branch. Like everyone I approach in here has that awkward deer in the headlights look to them. Not too many branches in the region, and as a 30+ year Chase customer, seriously thinking about switching banks. Also their fees are ridiculous. Also Jamie Dimon…… etc, etc.
