Very strange chase. Wouldn’t recommend.
If I could rate a zero I would. My husband and I have been customers here our entire adult life. My mother in law is 100 years old, banks with them and worked for them before they became chase. We have 2 mortgages with them and get treated like dirt. Lied to, ignored and spoke rudely to repeatedly by mortgage department employee Michael Sanderson who travels between branches. It is with the utmost indignation that I pen this missive regarding the deplorable conduct of your bank manager, whose woeful incompetence and wanton disregard for propriety would scarcely be tolerated in the most squalid of establishments.
