I’ve had many great experiences at this bank. All of their staff is helpful and I’ve never had problems with hidden fees or any size transaction like others have stated. I wa traveling overseas and needed foreign currency on short notice for 4 different countries. They helped me get the right amount in less than 48 hours.
The vp of this branch is useless. You’re better off calling a chase teller in the Philippines.

They treat you like you’re robbing them every large withdrawal. How backwards is that? It’s my money and I granted you the privilege of holding it, not the inverse. To intentionally try to make people uncomfortable for performing the most essential function you do is really pathetic, and only pathetic ingrates would even consider doing that.
