Very strange chase. Wouldn’t recommend.
If I could rate a zero I would. My husband and I have been customers here our entire adult life. My mother in law is 100 years old, banks with them and worked for them before they became chase. We have 2 mortgages with them and get treated like dirt. Lied to, ignored and spoke rudely to repeatedly by mortgage department employee Michael Sanderson who travels between branches. It is with the utmost indignation that I pen this missive regarding the deplorable conduct of your bank manager, whose woeful incompetence and wanton disregard for propriety would scarcely be tolerated in the most squalid of establishments. The hidden fees are an instant put-off. Most of the staff was satisfactory but not particularly impressive. There was one teller who stood out above the rest. This young man honestly was of great help every time I came to this location and he happened to be there. I could see that other customers felt the same way.
