This branch is awful, and will steal from yiu. I called beforehand to see if they cashed their own checks, they said yes, then nothing further. I go through the drive thru they asked was a deposit, or cash I said cash she left came back sent it to me and said have a great rest of your day. I put it in my center counsel, and then when opening 2 days later they charge $10 immediantly I called they ladies gave me the run around all said I would get a call bsck from manager. No call back. I had a great experience opening my debit account thanks to Corey at Chase Bank. He was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Corey took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood all the details before moving forward. Not enough staff to wait on customers. Not helpful. Tried to find out where my replacement card was and I was told go on the app. Cmon how is that service?

This branch will not help you if what you need will take a little bit of time which will keep them after they close. They will tell you we close at 5pm and this process takes long and will put us over our closing time. Horrible customer service.
