I'm tired of getting pushy phone calls from Todd. I spoke to him a few weeks ago let him know I have moved 2400 miles away and do not wish to be contacted by them anymore. Then today, when I tell him I do not want to be contacted by him anymore again, put me on the don't solicit list, he tells me that if he does that then the chase will never call me even if there is an urgent problem with my account. Horrible service. Predatory tactics. Take your business and money elsewhere.
