I had a wonderful experience at this Chase branch today. Chris provided outstanding customer service - he was incredibly patient, professional, and maintained a warm smile throughout our entire interaction. His positive attitude and attentiveness made what could have been a stressful banking visit actually pleasant. It's rare to encounter someone who genuinely cares about helping customers. Highly recommend this location, and ask for Chris if you visit!
They are very rude here and act like doing their job is inconvenient. I work at a business in the center and they always get so angry that they have to spend extra time depositing our cash. Very unprofessional. It’s more-so the woman that is at the counter. I won’t recommend this place.
