Very friendly and accommodating, so glad Chase opened that branch far less crowded than the St George branch
Friendly staff and very welcoming.
Had an appointment with a licensed banker at 10:30 am today to understand why access was restricted to my account(s). After multiple forms of ID and the banker providing multiple access numbers to the telephone banker, I was told I have no accounts with Chase which is incorrect. In fact the phone banker attempted to discuss something regarding checks written in 2023(?!). This of course didn't make any sense. Overall a good experience. Service was helpful and the branch was clean and organized. Some wait time, but staff was professional.
