Chase Bank msy be the largest Bank in the U.S. but it is the worst Bank. This bank has been holding $12 thousand dollars of my money since 12/8/21. Have been in the Bank 3 times & called the Bank 14 times trying to get my money released to me. Now they won't call me back. Today is 1/12/22 and I do now have my money. I am going to the news channel!! Very poor customer sevice. Mary DiRico
