Horrible experience at this location. I came in twice trying to open an account, and each time I was not given the complete information or instructions I needed to get the process done. On my third attempt, a banker specifically told me that I did not need an appointment and could simply walk in. I followed those instructions, only to arrive and be told that they were not adequately staffed to assist me. Normally, I have no issues with this Yonkers branch on Central Avenue. However, I made a deposit this morning and machine says, "Deposit in Progress!!!! FOR 10 MINUTES I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO REPORT. I WAS WAITING FOR A PRINTED RECEIPT HE SAID UNFORTUNATELY OUR SYSTEM IS DOWN..... CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AS HE REVERSED SOME MINOR CHARGES ON MY ACCOUNT. I'M HANDICAPPED Yesterday, I had another problem in Bronxville.
