Terrible bank. They do not return calls nor answer the phone. You cash E savings bonds there and they do not send you a 1099. Horrible, Horrible HORRIBLE!!! Still waiting for last years. They do not know what they are doing. After many attempts though someone found the information Hermes Paulino Adames . Him i will give 5 stars to. Him and the Branch Manager Jennifer Foster who helped me on a Saturday and did not tell me I had to make an appointment. She was very gracious and printed out the information I needed. I went to this bank and I went to deposit money at the drive Thru and Anita gave me such an attitude she told me that I need a deposit slip I gave her my drivers license and my debit card I’ve been to so many other chase banks they never asked me for a deposit slip then at the end she asked me what was my last name because she couldn’t pronounce it.. I am never going to this bank again no wonder it was dead in the place. You have very rude people working there….
