I own two business. I go to chase all the time. The teller is so rude. she literally is asking her co worker next to her if I am a man or a woman. I didn’t understand what they were talking about until she said have a good day sir. I’m walked out saying did she just call me a sir. going to she just called me an i’m walking out of there going to she just called me a sir, and then it all clicked…. I’m a biological woman. Tellers/bankers are good. Good service. But chase corporate has let this place get run down and neglected. Two atms total at location(drive ups). One is busted open with error messages non operable. The other one hasn’t worked right in weeks. Won’t take deposits. Frustrating when you’re a business owner always on move and have to waste your time. If corporate didn’t let get run down would be 5 stars.
