I just returned to LA, and I am writing this review specifically to praise Stephany!She completely restored my trust in CHASE with her professionalism and dedication. In April, I had a terrible experience at the Alhambra branch where the staff were irresponsible and unhelpful. For three days, nothing was resolved and I was hopeless, even after Stephany later solved the issue for me, they still called to try to take the credit. I went to see Stephany to apply for a credit card,The bank did not approve my card right away and asked for additional information. However, I had already left LA. Over the next few days, Stephany kept following up for me, providing updates and helping to complete the requirements. Thanks to her, I was able to use my CHASE credit card while traveling in another country. This is a level of care I have never experienced with any other bank. Service has never been great, but they continue to surprise and underwhelm. My company’s business banker left several months ago and I only found out today after walking into the branch to disover that news for myself. To me, it’s a pretty basic thing to transition accounts and to have another banker introduce themselves for a $5M+ customer. Anyway, Chase is still fine for basic ATMs, wire transfers, etc., but service here sucks.
Banker not professional even I told him how to proceed the transportation check deposit and he refuse to do it I did many time at other location were ok. Just not this branch. and throw my id out with attitude So what. Bank don’t need to train how to services the customers ? Bs. Never put my money to here.
