I went to see Stephany to apply for a credit card,The bank did not approve my card right away and asked for additional information. However, I had already left LA. Over the next few days, Stephany kept following up for me, providing updates and helping to complete the requirements. Service has never been great, but they continue to surprise and underwhelm. My company’s business banker left several months ago and I only found out today after walking into the branch to disover that news for myself. To me, it’s a pretty basic thing to transition accounts and to have another banker introduce themselves for a $5M+ customer. Anyway, Chase is still fine for basic ATMs, wire transfers, etc., but service here sucks.
