I bank with chase and come here for quarter rolls to do laundry, and I’ve consistently gotten nickels in the rolls.
Had staff help me make a claim and they picked the wrong charge and got my account locked for something I wasn't trying to make a claim on. Then when I go back to try to get them to resolve it, they then give me passive aggressive attitude. These people shouldn't be making more than minimum wage with that level of service. Especially for a bank.
Nice clean new location. Quick service. Tellers are nice!
Please be careful with this branch, the banker just lie me to open a new credit card. She promised that I could get $200 promo, but actually nothing happened, although I have already complained to Chase. But they do nothing about that, be careful the liar.
