I’ve been a longtime Chase client and do my business with chase. I called ahead and was told I could just walk in. The bank closes at 5 PM, and I arrived at 4 PM, expecting assistance. However, Maria refused to help me right away, stating they were no longer taking customers for the day. On 10.18.2024, I walked into the branch for the 1st time. I was greeted with a big & warm smile from Kofi Marfo who pleasantly escorted me to the bank teller after telling him that I needed to get a certified check. The tellers, Monica & Maria were very sweet & helpful making the transaction very smooth. We actually all laughed together because I couldn’t remember my debit pin #.
