i have been to other chance banks.. but this location is the best, every time i go to this location.. Monica always has a smile, always great help and understanding.. it’s hard these days to go anywhere to see an employee with a great attitude.. the 5 star is for Monica..

I’ve been a longtime Chase client and do my business with chase. I called ahead and was told I could just walk in. The bank closes at 5 PM, and I arrived at 4 PM, expecting assistance. However, Maria refused to help me right away, stating they were no longer taking customers for the day. I explained that I had to travel the next day and was willing to wait, as I only needed five minutes with a banker to resolve an issue with my account.
