No one should give then anything but 5 stars I moved to Chase Bank bank in November of ‘24 after banking at a few different places. The customer service is phenomenal. They answer any question you have and make sure you understand everything.
Mr. Koadio, the manager, provided outstanding customer service during my visit to the branch for my credit card application. His experience and knowledge were evident as he guided the banker through the process, ensuring everything went smoothly. He remained available and stayed until the issue was fully resolved.
Worst customer service ever. One lady told her colleague in front of me, "Don't tell him", then she told me it's not in the system. They treat you like a fool. Better to go to the nearby Citibank/Capital One branch.
I was having some issues in my checking account, and The employee doesn’t help and give me the chase bank costumer service number lol if i need costumer service number i can find it from internet don’t need to come here, why you guys are here if don’t help people???
