This location is great, the staff are always welcoming, professional and very good at remembering their clients. Wait times are almost non existent and the bank is always very clean. Wish regulations would be easier for clients as some rules prevent you from doing things when you need them done. ID is always needed, I understand security measures but if it could save that would be convenient to make things faster and more seamless. Not a fan of the fees to keep an account open but otherwise great atmosphere!
Beware of this institution worldwide, they can close your account after misleading you, their methods are prejudicial and arbitrary, I think their policy meant to look down on people based on your wealth.
