There was only one employee, they made me wait for an hour, and I was still waiting. so bad
I also like the location. The staff was very helpful when I opened my account. When I visited the branch at another location the ATM also dispensed $5s.
I love how this branch ATM dispenses $1 & $5 bills

Chase randomly closed my account with NO explanation. So disappointed with this bank. Customer service was horrible— weren’t helpful at all. They just ignore my request and keep telling me abt how my account will be closed in 10 days and that I would get mailed a check of my balance 30 days later. INSANE
