My fault, I expected better service. This branch has a bunch of people, yet none of them can assist with banking matters. Only one banker who takes his sweet time both during and after the appointment. Please realize that you are in an area where people don't have all the time in the world to get things done, we take short break from work and want to get things done, this branch for sure is not set up far that kind of service. I had a major issue with my credit card being locked due to fraud, and Sam is hands-down the best banker I’ve ever worked with. He spent three hours making sure everything was sorted out and finally got my card unlocked. His dedication and patience are unmatched. If you need someone who actually cares and gets the job done, ask for Sam!
