Excellent service. Got the work I needed to be done in 10 mins.
Chase randomly closed my account with NO explanation. So disappointed with this bank. Customer service was horrible— weren’t helpful at all. They just ignore my request and keep telling me abt how my account will be closed in 10 days and that I would get mailed a check of my balance 30 days later. INSANE
Sepideh is amazing! I love this bank. They are very organized, plus this is such a pretty building and they have the newest atm machines and a very modern aesthetic.
Went here twice in the last month and had great service both times.
