Excellent service. Got the work I needed to be done in 10 mins.
Chase randomly closed my account with NO explanation. So disappointed with this bank. Customer service was horrible— weren’t helpful at all. They just ignore my request and keep telling me abt how my account will be closed in 10 days and that I would get mailed a check of my balance 30 days later. INSANE
Sepideh is amazing! I love this bank. They are very organized, plus this is such a pretty building and they have the newest atm machines and a very modern aesthetic.
Went here twice in the last month and had great service both times.
I'm giving 1 start because there's always an issue with this specific bank in Reston. Associates do not know how to help you. Then they give you manager that gives you false information. To the point where you have to call the main number and confirm, then go back to that manager again to let them know that Chase said it is OK to cash this E-check. But after what? Today I called, and the associate PRETENDED to be the manager! Then the REAL MANAGER called to apologize... I would not recommend this place to any one.
