I needed to open a business account and Maria welcomed me with a smile and started helping me right away. She was professional and knowledgeable. She made the whole process so easy and quick. Maria didn’t forget to mention the special offer that Chase is offering now, which is $300-500 credit when opening an account and explained how I would be able to get that credit. She is awesome!

As a business owner, I expect professionalism and consistency—unfortunately, Chase Bank failed to provide either. Their customer service was extremely slow and unhelpful. I had to call multiple times just to resolve a simple issue, and each representative gave me different information. My problem remained unresolved for days. We waited for one hour to get someone to help us, and then we didn’t even get the help that we needed. I was so disappointed—honestly, that was crazy. When we initially walked in, the manager was just sitting in the corner on his phone when he could have been out there helping. Someone should have checked to make sure you have all you need so your time don’t get wasted. I really hope this can be addressed, because that kind of experience makes it hard to want to come back.
