Chase has a promotion that you have to deposit 2K in the bank in 30 days. I had someone pass and the original password did not work. Customer service including AI customer service took about 30 to 40 minutes to figure out the issue with logging in. I also asked customer service to extend the 30 day transfer and they indicated I needed to go into a bank and speak with a marketing manager.
