Super bad experienced with this branch! My account got restricted and not helping at all such a useless branch!
Very nice and kind place. Even though I was a dumb with a stupid request, bankers were very kind and patient.
This is a USAA ATM< Chase is around the corner, 3rd ATM after Vienna USAA ATM and Centreville ATM, would not accept deposits, I waited for one gentleman, who kept trying, it would keep spitting the deposit out,
Lacks of customer service
Such an awful experience with an offensive, rude representative today. I have never been to a bank where the banker would speak to her client in imperatives the whole time. "Do this, take that back, give me that, etc." Frankly, the shiny building doesn't make up for the condescending employee I encountered today. I plan to close this account and move my money where it is appreciated.
