Excellent service all around! Very thankful for all of their offerings. They have a High School account for teens 13-17 that is perfect for my son and he had a great first banking experience going to this branch and opening the account. Aiden Murray was the main representative we worked with but everyone was very helpful.
ridiculous availability on Saturdays. Came in to get some account authorization done and they told me i could wait or come back in an hour and a half - where’s the convenience in that. Properly staff your bank.
Isabella was kind, personable, and helpful! She was able to help out with my savings bonds ive struggled to find someone to cash! Will only come to this branch!
My business credit card was sent to the wrong address. I had a ton of trouble getting someone to answer the phone, and trouble while on the phone with folks. After that, I experienced resistance to my request to shut down my account due to the lost card.
