Beware of Chase. If you have assets and a Chase representative discusses JP Morgan Private Client run the other direction. I had a terrible experience at this branch with the representative who is responsible for their customer relations with JP Morgan. Not only was he unclear and misleading, but I lost a tremendous amount of money in poor trades executed by him. Another JP representative was baffled at my experience. These incompetent people allowed $8,018.00 to be stolen out of my checking account. The branch manager tried to help but now ignores me with no regard. I’m elderly. There is an official police report. There is a law suit being developed. This Chase Bank in Ignacio CA represents embecile people locally and awful people on the corporate people. They allowed $8K to be stolen from a tax paying law abiding Novato American citizen who has done nothing wrong.
