Went in to see if they could cash a payday check from the hospital I'm working at , the manager lady in the lobby wanted to get real snobby " you see how this says BANK OF NEVEDA , it means you have to go to BANK OF NEVEDA " so I just walked across the street to bank of America who did cash it . Never once heard a good thing about chase bank and with workers like that I can see why
It was 4:15 PM on a Friday. Tried to open up an account and was told I had to make an appointment or I could go online to do it. Never had a financial institution turn me away like that. Worse service I've ever had from a bank.
Short old brown haired woman was an absolute nightmare and incredibly rude. I’ll go to a different location next time.
