I always get great service there
I've been a Chase customer for decades, with my main branch in Oregon - so when I was receiving a call from this branch, it caught me off guard. It turns out that it was one of their staff trying to sell me on additional services like a new credit card. I've never had my personal information used my local branches (especially one I've never been to) in order to spam call. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.
