Very clean and newer bank branch. Smells fresh. Customer service is lackluster. The workers just stand there and stare at you instead of welcoming you in. We needed an appointment with a banker and were told that “their banker was on vacation for a couple more weeks”. That’s crazy to me. Regardless, they do have self-serve machines that work fine in the lobby. It’s a tad hard to find parking.
11/7/2024: I am very disappointed in the service I received from this location. I made a cash deposit on monday and their system was down, came back up briefly where it looked like my deposit went through on their end (even though i didn't see on my end). They assured me they would call me to update me (they wouldn't give my money back). However, I never received a call. I came here to drop off cash at the counter, and the machine jammed, leaving me waiting for an hour while they worked on it. They get my money out, $318 short, so i have to wait for them to eventually count the rest in there and find my money. Chase got back to me and refunded the money to my account. So the situation was satisfactorily resolved.
Graham is an absolute asset to the branch! Takes care of all my needs and personally always assists me. I wish every bank had a gem like Graham!
