I came here to drop off cash at the counter, and the machine jammed, leaving me waiting for an hour while they worked on it. They get my money out, $318 short, so i have to wait for them to eventually count the rest in there and find my money. Chase got back to me and refunded the money to my account. So the situation was satisfactorily resolved.
Graham is an absolute asset to the branch! Takes care of all my needs and personally always assists me. I wish every bank had a gem like Graham!
I gave one star only for my review to be placed. Everyone please avoid this branch by all means !!! These people don't know how to do the simplest thing such as opening an account. My sister Monika went in there to open simple checking account, she was attended by Graham. This person opened the account with mistakes then closed it and reopened a new one (within 5 minutes). She received a debit card in the mail for the closed account with wrong information on it. She took the card took off from work and went to see Graham to ... read more
If you don't have an account with them they charge you $10 to cash a check. It's robbery if you ask me! I would never bank here!
