Non professional and they called you last min and cancel your appointment…. Please don’t visit this branch they dnt care about customers… if you want to do banking with chase go some other branch but don’t book appointment here
Kayanna and her team are fantastic. Every time I come into this branch I’m greeted personally, given individualized attention, and get my problems solved. Most efficient bank and chase branch I’ve been in. Nobody enjoys going to the bank, but this Chase team makes it nice and keep my businesses coming back. Great work guys!

Tashawna the manager, was amazing and very knowledgeable of her job. I had an issue at another Chase location. I called her and she immediately step in and help us figure things out. I appreciate her call backs and eagerness to help the customer.
