Relocated down here due to the impact of Hurricane Helene on WNC. Several promotions were going on with several banks due to tax refund season. Chase was one of those "Get $300 when you open a checking out! with qualifying direct deposits" Great! That will help me out a lot, I had several options but I liked Chase when I banked with them in Chicago, so it was a win for me. My only income is Ebay, and a side job that I get a paper check with. Do not trust this back. I went and took a couple of hours to change from Bank of America to Chase because they offered me a promotion when signing up. After making the change Chase stated their was no longer a promotion. No free money. It was ab trap to get people in. Do not think the promotions are real. They are not. I will be closing my Chase Accounts. Bank at Bank of America!
The level of Incompetency is alarming with this branch, hard to believe I'm in a Chase bank. I now do EVERYTHING on line.
