The banker in the branch said I have to call a phone number to resolve an issue I have. The service rep on the phone said I have to do it in person at a branch. The banker at the branch does not return my call or answer the phone. Good job, Chase! I remember why I left chase ten years ago.
Customer service by Almia was not satisfactory... She could not help me to update my email to profile .....banking institure needs to understand that customer time is more important then bankers time...
Nice people and a clean location. They have a notary but claimed they do not notarize IDs or government documents. They were nice but ultimately not helpful.
Friendly, patient and helpfull agents. Mr. Mac (Muhamed) Amer and Mr. Alberto Vergaraiv took the needed time and explained all the details and answered to all of my questions, step by step. Thank you very much for that. Only 1 issue are disturbing, but it is a bank procedure, not related to the branches team: As a non citizen, I can not initiate a new deposit (CD) via the app or online or via tell. I must be present physically at the branch, which does no make sence while the bank does allow me to send funds outide of my acc... read more
