I've been a Chase customer for years because it has so many locations, and it's a great bank.
Went to the Pompton Plains branch this morning at 10:45 am to open a checking account. The office was fully staffed , however we were asked to come back later because it was too close to lunch! We got up and headed to Columbia Savings Bank a block away and were done in 15 minutes. Really Chase????
