Asked to closed my account. I don't know if Debbie didn't hear me or just ignored me, but this was the only reason for my visit. She withdrew but didn't close the account, which I stated twice was the reason I was visiting. Idk what's going on with this corporation. Truly out of touch and mismanaged.

Started coming here every week to deposit tips, the girls that work here are so nice and friendly, came today and had a guy doing my deposit instead. Did not have the same experience as when any of the any of the girls help me. For some reason didn’t want to run my money through the counter when I asked, which has never been a problem before.
