The cashier misspelled my name twice and neither apologized nor corrected herself. However, when I used a swear word, she became offended and refused to serve me. That’s fine. I’ll take my business somewhere my name is respected.

I was at this TERRIBLE branch this morning to get a cashiers check. same procedure inserts your atm card, gave my driver's license, filled the withdrawal receipt. The teller looks at me up and down and said need it to talk to his manager. after 20 minutes of wait by the counter returned and told me he could not give me the cashier's check because he was not able to verify my identity. he did not ask me any security questions, he did not use double identification as sending one time password through email, or text or to my ch... read more
