Friday at 2pm. Wondering if everyone is working from home. No one has paid any attention to me in the Private Banker area in 15 minutes. Will walk out soon and try another branch. This is unacceptable. Two tellers on opposite end of building don’t seem to care.

This is the best branch I ever visited. Whenever I come they always have positive energy and attitude and it’s always a pleasure talking to them. I have no idea why they have this Low rating but I would recommend this branch to anyone who needs assistance with business chase accounts
I was not impressed with this branch. Lack of common sense. I came in to fix an error on my account made by a Chase representative, but the branch manager just said "policy" wouldn’t allow them to correct it unless I bought in all paper work again.
They need hire more people ! Most people come just waisting their time! No one help !
