Great service. The branch manager is amazing with customer service.
Wow, I was surprised by the negative reviews. I've had some of the same concerns with the front end of the bank in the past - but it's been a long time since we've used teller services here. On the recent occasions that we have used the front end, it's been good service for us. We do use the personal banking and haven't had any issues. Yvette and David have always been accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We usually work on an appointment basis but we haven't had an issue dropping by when we've needed to. Stopped by on my lunch break today to withdraw some cash in particular denominations (including a pile of specific coins for Mahjong night). Place was almost deserted - easy parking, no line, no wait. Tess at the counter was friendly, helpful, and meticulous. 👍
