Great service. Truly a bank for a small business.
Great service with smiling tellers and little to no waiting time.
I was at this TERRIBLE branch this morning to get a cashiers check. same procedure inserts your atm card, gave my driver's license, filled the withdrawal receipt. The teller looks at me up and down and said need it to talk to his manager. after 20 minutes of wait by the counter returned and told me he could not give me the cashier's check because he was not able to verify my identity. he did not ask me any security questions, he did not use double identification as sending one time password through email, or text or to my ch... read more
Friday at 2pm. Wondering if everyone is working from home. No one has paid any attention to me in the Private Banker area in 15 minutes. Will walk out soon and try another branch. This is unacceptable. Two tellers on opposite end of building don’t seem to care.
