Waited in line behind two other people. The first didn't speak English so she needed extra help, more time, no problem. Meanwhile I was asked twice by bankers what I needed. I told them, to change the PIN on my debit card. They didn't tell me to wait somewhere else, just that I would be helped right away. When I finally got to the teller I told him about needing to change my PIN and he said I would need to go talk to banker about that. There were eight other people waiting for banker help, so I left.
Yaya has been my Banker for the last year and she is THE BEST!! Everyone at the branch is always very friendly and helpful :)
