The employee refused to help me, although I could and I was their old client
Very bad customer service. I had maybe 10 small deposits for my job. The lady looked at it and said this is a lot. She then took a customer after me and asked me to sit and then she’ll get to me. This never happened with any other branch.
We moved into the area and have been using this bank for 1.5 years. They have been great. The folks in the bank are pleasant to work with and extremely helpful. If you are looking for a bank you should give them a try. I think you will be pleased.
