Kudos to all the staff at this branch, very professional and amicable.
Customer experience is terrible. Especially branch manager that lady was disrespectful. I have booked an appointment for Notary services. Once I reach there, They said we didn’t notarize this documents. When I search in Google, It’s shown that other chase branches were notarizing these documents. When I ask the manager is there any chase guidelines for notarizing the documents, They said we don’t have any. Meanwhile that manager said you please wait outside. Everybody was super polite, walked us through everything we needed to know. I was skeptical about this branch at first because of all the bad reviews but my experience was great. They even gave us lollipops witch is always great. It is a popular branch so an appointment is the way to go.
