My Aunt needed help with taking her recently deceased son off the account, and adding a different account user. We came in before closing and was told that we had to come back because there were other customers sitting with the associates. We said we could wait, but was told they were going to close soon. We informed them we thought this was a walk-in bank, not appointment based, and drove over 2 hours to pick her up and bring her there. Great service.
I made some personal wire transfers and even after several calls and being verified and being told my transfer would go through they locked my account and I have to see a banker to unlock it. This crap.
My daughter (14) and I visited Chase to open a teen account. It was after school and I had my youngest daughter (5) with me as well. Our appointment was handled by David Sorbo and he had incredible customer service. My youngest daughter is special needs (autistic) and she is also nonverbal. However, David provided a coloring sheet, crayons, sensory ball, and a slinky to keep her busy while we completed the transaction, which was not long. I was so grateful for David.
