Bank is horrible!! The manager is extremely rude & the bank teller Ranika whoever her name is very very rude !!! They were so rude I want to consider closing this account .
Soooo the customer service here use to be good but I guess since this location is closing down none of the service department employees care anymore
You are not able to walk in and open an account. You have to make an appointments. There is no sign in sheet. I was confused when I walked in because I am familiar with different style banks that welcome walk-ins.
