I have more than 28 years with Chase and have never had an issue until I ended up in this branch in Darien, CT. They have issues! Customer treatment is different. And having 3 million views on Google... well! They got hot. I deposited a check yesterday dated for May first, and they put the check on hold for 7 days, a check that comes into my account every month. What the heck? Now reading the reviews.it validated my point 👉
A banker (incompetent and eager to run on a cigarette break) improperly handled simple paperwork which led to my account nearly being closed. Plus 2/2 workers were rude.
Be careful of this branch! I deposited over 7,000 in April and 2 months later they removed the amount from my account without notifying me, they relocated the manager and sent me a letter with an explanation! "The deposit had an error" To put it simple, they stole the money!
Disrespectful experience at this branch. While one teller was assisting me professionally, another female teller with brunette hair kept blatantly rolling her eyes throughout the transaction. She clearly didn’t know that I noticed since she did it repeatedly. Completely unprovoked and shockingly rude behavior. This level of unprofessionalism is something I’ve never experienced at a bank before. That woman should not be working in customer service.
I called to ask a question and I believe the man I spoke to name was Dan. Very sarcastic and rude.
