Disrespectful experience at this branch. While one teller was assisting me professionally, another female teller with brunette hair kept blatantly rolling her eyes throughout the transaction. She clearly didn’t know that I noticed since she did it repeatedly. Completely unprovoked and shockingly rude behavior. This level of unprofessionalism is something I’ve never experienced at a bank before. That woman should not be working in customer service.
I called to ask a question and I believe the man I spoke to name was Dan. Very sarcastic and rude.
This ATM’s tap feature NEVER works. The tap feature to get in the door works but not if you need money. I hasn’t worked 6 months ago and STILL doesn’t work. You’d think in the town of Darien, they would fix it but guess not.
