Under no circumstances do business with this branch or any branch of Chase Bank. They will straight lie to your face when you open an account with them. I was told that a portion of ever deposit would be available immediately. Just to find out that that's a lie. That there's a 7-day hold. You are not informed of this tell after you make the deposit. Are you kidding? I drove over here from Scappoose to deposit a check and somehow it just says open on Google. Why would you just say open if I can't go in the branch? Uncool.
This bank has very poor customer service. I made an appointment to speak to someone, showed up 5 minutes early and was still waiting 21 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I finally gave up and walked out. How disrespectful for them not to consider your time as valuable as theirs’. I’ll never do business at this branch again.
I needed to have a Debit card replaced. I stopped by this branch and was helped by a friendly woman. I had my card 2 days later. Thanks!
They won’t stop mailing me. Every week. With spam. It also misgenders me. I’ve asked to opt out multiple times. Even speaking to a customer care rep. These folks are pathetically desperate for business. Guess they could never escape the stigma of the previous scam they ran under their old name, Wells Fargo.
