Banks closed on the weekend? that’s worthless - Monday thru Friday 9-5 are working hours for people - stupid Chase
Branch staff (including Management) is totally not customer minded. I wouldn’t want to do any business with this branch and their staff. There are many other branches that have decent relationships with their customers and give better service!
Been to this bank several times and didn’t have a pleasant an experience most times so figured it was time for a review to warn others. If you are looking for a friendly, caring and helpful staff go elsewhere you will not find it here.
