I don’t know why this location has a 2.3 stars because I had an incredible experience at this location. I worked with Charles and he was nothing short of helpful and a pleasure to work with. Very clear communication on the card we were interested in. I love Chase because of how helpful the employees have been!

I used Chase for over 10 years. The worst branch I have ever seen in my life. Taught me how low a banker can go. If you assigned to Jamal, RUN. He would blame you did something wrong at a bank branch. The mistake I made was opening my account with Chase, which leads me to this branch.

The attitude of manager at this branch was the worst I’ve ever seen, he tried to terminate conversations with Clients who opened a private chase account and refused to make any future appointment just because he’s not comfortable to serve, he’s not deserved this job and salary paid. Of course he deserves clients to file a complaint with customer service for sure. So don’t open new account or any private chase account with this branch.
