Desirae is amazing, I’m unsure of her specific title, but it doesn’t matter because she’s amazing; always very kind and welcoming. The other team member I’d like to shout out is the Relationship Banker, Mr. Charles Frazier. Charles is very sweet and personable and a joy to speak with. Keep it up Chase Bank Chenal - ya’ll are awesome!
I don’t know why this location has a 2.3 stars because I had an incredible experience at this location. I worked with Charles and he was nothing short of helpful and a pleasure to work with. Very clear communication on the card we were interested in. I love Chase because of how helpful the employees have been!
This is my second time here, and everyone is super helpful and professionally services the customer's. Highly recommend
I used Chase for over 10 years. The worst branch I have ever seen in my life. Taught me how low a banker can go. If you assigned to Jamal, RUN. He would blame you did something wrong at a bank branch. The mistake I made was opening my account with Chase, which leads me to this branch.
