Branch lead associate Raela was awesomely and Arielle . Very great service with my experience raela gave water and coffee I watch as she greeted each and every customer whom walk in the doors. She was very knowledgeable and help to her best capabilities.

Opening a business account with Chase Bank proved to be an unfavorable experience. Their overzealous compliance procedures made the entire process burdensome and overly complicated. Despite my three visits to the bank in an effort to resolve the issue, I ended up deciding to close my account due to the inconvenience caused. Really appreciate the service from the folks here. Just still cannot reach the drive through ATM from the car. I have long arms and pull up to the curb, still unreachable. (Average person will have a 26 inch arm reach)
