Business accounts at Chase are the worst experience. You aren't assigned a relationship manager. You have to call an 800 number and speak to someone in an overseas phone bank. Each call they have to read notes from previous calls. Business accounts are better served elsewhere, have no experience with personal accounts.
Avoid doing business with Chase.

Worst customer service ever. I moved here over a month ago and still cannot get them to send my title to AAA to get my car registered. The call centers are out of the US and really do not care. Each time i call they hang up or lie and say they do not have the paperwork from the VA DMV. supervisor 216564 was rude and petulant.
