My experience was so bad I came with my dad and he has a business acc and we tried opening a bank account for me but they said we needed 2 form of verification I had my drivers permit and my social security and they said they couldn’t take my drivers permit when it’s literally the same number that’ll be on my drivers license this week, I came to Bank of America and they welcomed me and let me open an account even with my drivers permit!! We canceled our account at chase because the customer service is so bad I’m tired of it.... read more
This branch is very clean and very nice. Professional personnel are always around and willing to help. I definitely recommend this brand for every chase customer.
Waste of time and money on this CHASE BANK branch they literally told me we can't do notary for you, in reality they do actually have a worker in the branch that does notary for the bank customers.
