I had a terrible experience at this branch. I arrived with all the necessary documents from another branch and had a 3 PM appointment. When I returned at 2:55 PM, I was greeted by Melissa Jayme, who didn’t even realize I was her scheduled appointment. She initially said she likely wouldn’t be able to help me, and only after a teller informed her did she proceed with the appointment. I haven't been sharing public reviews recently, but I really had to write this one seeing the low rating for this branch on Google. We (me and my family) have been banking with Chase since 2018. Today, February 07, 2025, I visited this branch, and the staff there has been nothing but nice. First, I was greeted by a lady banker (I didn't catch her name), she enquired about the reason for my visit and pointed me to the right counter. Thought of opening another account here,didn’t think to look online because I was driving so I called to inquire about a checking account describing my needs and I was told “visit the website” had I not asked probing questions I won’t know much. What’s the point in having customer service reps if they can’t give basic information??

Brain dead branch the only branch that closes access to the vestibule on the weekends. Hope it gets closed down permanently someday.
