I have not been happy with Chase over the past few months at all, and especially with my branch in Mendham. I was very happy when I first moved our accounts to Chase when I had a very attentive and solution & customer driven Private Client Rep (Tom). However, since he left it has been difficult to get help when needed, especially during COVID.
